The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original content across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing the social media strategy and to manage, grow and evaluate our clients’ accounts. You must have a strong social media background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the social media presence.

• Define the brand’s social media strategy – seasonal and monthly calendars, campaigns and own the end-to-end execution of the plan.

• Continuously measure progress of the metrics & various campaign successes.

• Pick out areas of affinity and then make the brand resonate strongly with selected audiences.

• Build a strong network of influencers and communities.

• Social listening when people mention the brand and understanding sentiment. Formulate replies and engage with consumers.

• Ensure constant engagement with the target communities.

• Good understanding of platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

• Create content for our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

• Build conversations and engagement in the social communities.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.

• Develop social media strategy.

• Post on various social media platforms.

• Create original content.

• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.

• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the social media plan.

• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, budget planning, and implementation content calendar.

• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative ideas.

• Ensures brand consistency in social media posts by working with various company department members, including digital marketers, content writers , and graphic designers.

• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.

• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.

• Track performance.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in many social media platforms.

• Degree in Communications or Marketing or a related field.

• Experience in copywriting.

• Good Vocabulary & Grammar skills are compulsory.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2  Years of Experience with social media marketing, content creation, copywriting, and design understanding.

• Experience in using social media tools to create online communities.

• Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
