We are looking for a professional Motion Graphics Designer with at least 1-3 years of experience in software like After Effects and Premiere Pro, who has a documented history of creative thinking and can collaborate well in teams. 

Applicants must have prior experience with marketing agencies/ digital marketing/ social media marketing agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects,Davinci resolve and Final Cut)

• Edit and create creative motion graphics for video deliverables(Social Media videos).

• Edit and deliver videos in various media, including web, mobile, etc.

• Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design and video editing techniques.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

• Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to shared drives.

• Following a script, screenplay or outline.

• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.

• Inputting graphics to enhance footage.

• Improving and correcting lighting, colouring and faulty footage.

• Consistent, high-quality video edits for both short and long-form content.

• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

• Create new styles and formats; innovative within guidelines.

• Create social teasers, Input music and effect to existing videos.

• Create rough and final cuts.

• Managing projects from start to finish.

• In-depth understanding of social platforms

• Timely knowledge of social design features and trends

• Strong sound design and photo editing skills

• Proficient in Final Cut/Adobe Suite/Davinci resolve

• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity

• Familiarity with special effects, 2D and compositing

• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

• Working closely with teams to present a final product that matches their vision.

• Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with the team and the ability to bring them to life.

• Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply vendors with top-notch finalised products.

• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.

• Creative mind and storytelling skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or post Graduate in any stream.

• Course/Diploma in Video Editing (preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3  years of exp.
